This circuit uses an LT1018 micropower comparator to form a power supply monitor that flashes at varying rates depending on the supply voltage. At 6.00 volts the LED is off, at 5.25v it flashes at 1Hz, at 5.00v it flashes at 3Hz, and at 4.75v it flashes at 5Hz.
